It has been a challenging year for everyone, and the world has definitely changed. Working remotely has added opportunities and frustrations to everyday working life. Quest EPAO have had to adapt to the vastly changing world, and have worked tirelessly to deliver our complete digital End-Point Assessment nationally.

We have been working at full capacity for the last six months, and we have secured further work to help expand Quest EPAO into 2021. Therefore we are pleased to announce we are recruiting! We are looking for Independent End-Point Assessors (IEPA) across all of England for:

  • Adult Care Worker

  • Lead Adult Care Worker

  • Business Administrator

  • Team Leader/Supervisor

  • Operations Departmental Manager

We brought to the forefront the importance of safeguarding and wellbeing for our apprentices during End-Point Assessment. We were very early adopters of proctoring examinations to allow apprentices to complete tests remotely. All of our systems and policies have been devised and scrutinised by our staff.

Supporting you in this role will be a mentor, Lead IQA, who will give you full training and develop you into your new role. Our administration team will be on hand to help you with access, queries and life's little problems. Our Business Development team will create and maintain fantastic relationships with employers and training providers.
