Strategic Director and Founder
Elaine has spent over 15 years in further education, working at colleges and private training companies. Elaine started her own training company in 2007. The formation of Quest EPAO was a natural step in bringing together an experienced team who understand and focus on quality and delivery. Elaine's leadership and vision has driven Quest from strength to strength.
Tyron has over 10 years experience in the training and education, from tutoring Functional Skills and business and management, to marketing and project management. Tyron has been lead employer engagement since 2014 and became Business Development Director in 2018. In 2020 Tyron became Managing Director of Quest EPAO, managing all aspects of the business and still as Head of Business Development.
Head of Quality
Paul has 20 years experience working with awarding organisations in quality assurance and assessment development roles for LCIEB, EDI, Pearson and BIIAB. These include working on projects including Ofqual and SQA. Paul was involved in the development of the Assessor, Internal and External Quality Assurance qualifications. Recently Paul has been working in the EPA field developing systems and writing submissions of End-Point Assessment approval.
Brian has been at Quest since the beginning of 2019 and is involved with business development. Brian is one of our account managers and works with employers and training providers.
Sam has been at Quest since late 2018 and is involved in business development. Sam is one of our account managers and works with employers and training providers.
Sue has 30 years experience in post compulsory education and in particular vocational areas - business administration, management, team leading and teacher training. Sue also assists the Managing Director as a strategic advisor.
Margaret is the Chief Examiner who has extensive experience in assessment development and both short answer and multiple-choice questions development in a chief examiner role for LCCIEB, EDI, amongst others. Margaret has also acted as an External Verifier from the days of NVQs through to the present day across a number of sectors, and has been heavily involved in Functional and Key Skills since their inception. Margaret has been working in the EPAO field developing assessments.
Lead End-Point Assessor
Lisa is one of two Lead EPAs who work with our team of Lead EPAs, assessors and tutors supporting End-Point Assessment delivery.
Lisa provides support and guidance to the assessment team to make sure that they develop and grow with the changing needs of apprenticeship End-Point Assessment.
Lisa has developed her skills and experience to become the lead in vocational sectors for Functional Skills, business and education and training.
Lead End-Point Assessor
Della is one of two Lead EPAs who work with our team of EPAs, assessors and tutors supporting End-Point Assessment delivery.
Della has experience in leading teams to deliver the standards for childcare, and health and social care. Della provides advice and guidance to the EPA team and has previous experience in supporting, delivering and monitoring quality assurance processes and procedures.
