This apprenticeship is designed for apprentices who want to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours for their first job role in management.
Your apprentice complete their apprenticeship over 12-18 months and achieve Level 2 in English and Maths. This is finalised with an Apprenticeship Certificate in Team Leader/Supervisor.
A Team Leader/Supervisor is a first line management role with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver clearly defined outcomes. They also provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Responsibilities may vary but the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to undertake this role are universal regardless of the size or nature of the organisation they operate within.
